Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great or Bad depending on the representative They have some great representatives that go above and beyond to help answer your questions but they also have a decent amount of customer service employees who don't care if they give you the right answer and just want you to answer their survey at the end.

I had to redo a lot of it because it wouldn't let me edit items (even when I checked on "edit" it would just try to add an additional donation)

My wife is a retired teacher and does some teaching twice a week at a local private school. Simple, right? Nope, not really. And, yes, it could be the federal form itself. But I think the right coding could have greatly simplified things. But overall, a great product, and one that I have used for years and will continue to use and recommend to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Is great I will say that I went to Liberty Tax and was told I was only getting $300 and then my wife enters everything in turbo tax and im getting $1868 that's a BIG difference so I say use Turbo tax it gets you more money and is very easy top do a 10yr old can do it.
