My family members have said nothing but good things about TurboTax so I thought I would give it a try this year. It was super easy to use and all the notes/guidance really made this experience so much easier. I am going to continue using TurboTax from here on out.

I used the help bar but then realized I could do an online chat - FREE. I talked with one person and then I had another question - craig answered and was more than thorough about finding a resolution to my situation. he asked if he could call, and that help quite a lot as well. If someone can let him know...I found the form with the IRS EIN...thanks!
