I wish my Tax Expert would talk things through with me, regarding what the forms were, who I'd get them from (my employer? ) etc but we got everything done and my results were better than when I tried doing myself on H&R Block.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from State Tax systems are Pitiful The federal system has reasonable guidance--especially if you just skip to the topic you need. However, they put no effort into the state tax returns and the guidance and help is minimal.
