Rated 4 out of 5 by from Something doesn't add up... Overall the service is good. The last bit where they added the will builder didn't make sense, as far as costs go. I added the will builder and continued to see the overall cost. I went back and removed it and the cost was still the same! I'm not sure how that happened. so please help me understand. I would like the will builder if the cost doesn't change either way. Make it make sense. Seems awful sus.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unexplained charges I agreed to pay with my federal refund, but it was much more than expected and it did not explain why I was being charged so much. Incredibly unhappy. Will be using a different tax service next year.
