Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, Understandable and Quick Process!! Turbotax has always been a great way to do ones taxes, no reason for an accountant when you have such a tool. Only cause for four stars versus five is the convenience fee requested for using a credit card. These days such fees should not be a factor. We did utilize a customer service rep on the phone and she was outstanding, knowledgable and patient.
