Rated 3 out of 5 by from Thank Goodness for CDs I purchased TurboTax at Staples. When I tried to download TurboTax per the instructions Intuit sent me in circles. Because I am a bookkeeper I have an Intuit account for using QuickBooks and I also have a personal Intuit account I was unable to download from Intuit. Luckily I have the disc. It took a little longer than a download but it worked.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for basic returns- nothing more if you are generic person with nothing special then its easy and the returns are fine. But the minute you need a small amount of tax information or answers you are out of luck unless you want to pay a lot for any support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once again Great!! Every time I use turbo tax, I learned something new. I like the fact that if I am confused about anything, I can click on the explanation help button and it will elicit good explanation, which helps me in completing my taxes.
