Rated 3 out of 5 by from This Is Your Final Test Had a horrific experience with TurboTax last year, not correctly prompting me for NYS Health Exchange info. Filed in Feb and didn't get a return will September. This year, it took me three times to get it right. It kept DOUBLING my income after completing the state portion and took me 45mins of troubleshooting (by myself since I was on hold) until I figured it out. So this is it TurboTax, if there are problems this year, it's back to the office.
