Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really bad this year Much more complicated and unhelpful. If it tells you to enter things one by one, it should offer a form to do it in a batch way rather than having to go through all of these screens over and over again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome job this year! I had an error that I needed to fix and the agent helped walk me through getting it resolved, it took two calls but the second time was the charm-we were on the phone for over 90 minutes but finally fixed it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy and Bugs never fixed I do not own Kinder Morgan stock and have not needed a K-1 from them in the 8 years that I've filed with Turbotax. I also do not own (nor never have owned) property in Lake County, although I am required to answer and sometimes work around this question year after year. The program does not print my returns...ever...and I am forced to print from a saved file. Oh, that reminds me, the only thing that saved this year was a payment coupon. My quite elderly mother was forced to pay for TurboTax because she had slightly over $1500 in interest income, although no one at TurboTax nor the programming explained this until we had spent an hour with the help center and then completed her return. (It tells you at the very end of your return.)

I had a problem entering form information and Matt came on screen and stepped me thur it. I was so glad he was there. Great help. Keep up the good work.
