Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does the job but..... I'm able to use this to file my business tax return so in that respect, its serviceable. However, I have to maintain a spare windows computer just so that I can do it each year since it's not available online and there isn't a mac version. Both seem crazy in 2022. Some of the balance checks being at the dollar level vs at a cents level make it a little painful to reconcile since books are recorded to the penny and rounding up each item first doesn't necessary get to the same final number if you did that and then rounded. There are also some error checks that seem wrong or just don't explain. Would love to see that process cleaned up as it makes getting from nearly ready to file to actually ready to file pretty painful. All that said, once again, its serviceable and I'm able to file my return. When I have my accountant review before filing, he's always impressed so I'm not sure if I'm nitpicking too much, but it does feel like this is more complicated than needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty easy way to file I had to review several times and open lots of explanation boxes in order to ensure I was doing it correctly. I may consider a different, in person service, next year. I found the end of the filing procedure annoying with the amount of special add-on service offers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh my goodness. Turbo Tax is so great! All the questions help SO much. And I love that my investment 1099s are imported. Seriously, it took me as long to prep for the accountant as it did for my WHOLE tax return using TurboTax!!
