Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! I had a very easy breezy time filing this year. I usually use TaxAct and they are having issues syncing with Fidelity so I chose TurboTax. I may stick with them from now on after this. Bruce helped me along the way in the chat. I had one question and was ready to close out but he said he could stay. He was very quick with responding to questions and taking me through steps to add things I almost forgot until the end. 10000/10

Rated 3 out of 5 by from business turbo tax does the job This software was detailed but lots of red flags. First, it took several hours to find the right software. On the website it only helped me pick the right personal tax options. Not the right option for my business. The software section is so vaguely described compared to the online versions. While I was filling it out, several sections had, "Explain this" next to it. But when I clicked on it, it opened up the main support page. Not to a page that gave answers towards the section I was working on. When I was ready to file, It kept giving error while transmitting, something about intuit not able to understand the information being transmitted. I updated the software, updated my computer system and spoke to a Rep over the phone. The rep could not even access my software. After several days of trying and zero explanation, it successfully transmitted today. Based on all of these flaws, I am worried about the accuracy of the software and if it might be rejected. If the review allows, I will update later if everything went through fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much easier than I had anticipated. TURBO TAX GUIDED ME TO GO OVER COMPLICATED DEPRECIATION OF RENTAL PROPERTIES, WHICH I HAD RELIED ON PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS TO DO SO IN THE PAST.
