Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless help The chatbot is useless, the chat panel barely works, the agents disconnect without warning, and nobody was able to solve my problem. This is the first year I've had any trouble with TurboTax, but it may be the last year I use them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Imports Don't Work It took multiple attempts and tries to successfully download my Fidelity Investment forms. I had to restart Turbo Tax several times and try various help methods that others recommended. However those prove unsuccessful and I tried some things on my own. It is a real shame that this function is not clean. I will be considering other methods of tax filing in the future.
