Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Support, Unbelievable Tax Software. Just completed and transmitted my Federal and State returns, this my second year with Turbo Tax. I'm not a computer guy nor a tax expert but, I wish I would have transitioned to Turbo Tax years ago. Talk about easy to follow prompts, easy to retrieve clear explanations and when needed the ability to reach out to Turbo Tax experts and discuss things your tax questions, all I can say is WOW you're AMAZING you made it so easy to complete the package. Will I recommend Turbo Tax to others, you can count on it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Seems to be more confusing every year Generally Tubo Tax had been fairly straight forward. This year it seemed to add a few steps and make others not as clear as they had been. Even the 'help' button provided confusing information. May use a different program next year
