Rated 2 out of 5 by from I thought this was a Free Service!!! I was under the impression that turbotax was a free service for the basic version. ITs really snakes about adding cost at the end when its far too late to change ones mind. I have been using turbo tax for a while now and never have I been charged this much. I think this will be my last year using this service

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden fees I am a student who used the free online filing because everything offered seemed perfect for what I needed. It wasn't after two grueling hours, I thought I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and was even congratulated by Turbo Tax, but to soon found out that my return could not be processed until I upgraded to the deluxe edition. At this point, I just wanted it to be over so I accepted. Please be aware of this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to file and fast Turbo Tax is a great way to file - fast, clear and easy to use; the one drawback is the cost, should have lower tiers for lower incomes. My payment for the service is typically equal to 97% of my state return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tool works But No help efile error. I faced many issues while submitting for efile getting errors at different times. Try to get help from professionals, but they can't help me with my issues. Paid premium service for paper filling.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over priced i paid $125 to fil when you stated it was free... i have used TurboTax for a couple of years and never have i paid that much. the most i have paid was $49!!
