Matthew was super patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He showed me how to fix the problem and now I don't have to stress about taxes again til next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is simple and help is efficient! All was smooth and when it wasn't I got to make an appointment with a tele worker that called me a week later and was able to expediently help me. I was able to freely navigate and I wasn't scare to make mistakes. Yassss queen!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good but expensive turbo tax helps with breaking down all of your tax return however the prices raise every year as well as there being additional fees for selecting to use your return to pay for filing through turbo tax. if i have to pay over $150 to file on turbo tax i might as well go to H&R block and have someone review my taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best software program for 2020 Have been using TT for decades - even ran a comparison with Tax Slayer and H&R Block - and found the refunds were greater on TT! Featurres are very user friendly and if there' a question the help center's answers are very clear! This TY2020 is even easier than last year and very easy to read and understand. The rates for e-filing are expected and worth the cost since there are a LOT of checks and balances to make sure you are filing without much, if any, risk from being audited!
