Rated 3 out of 5 by from Helpful but Increasingly Expensive I use TurboTax because it's user-friendly, well-organized, and well-established. I just wish the rates would stop increasing. Of course, it's my choice not to file on paper through the IRS for free. I continue using this service for the reasons above.
