Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 Turbo Tax Live support was helpful once I was able to get connected to the right person but I was pleased with the efforts made to get me to that person. I was challenged with properly completing a form 1099-S.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is okay but I don't like the add on fees! Turbotax is fairly easy to enter all the needed information but the tax prep charges plus tax and the fee for using a credit card to pay taxes makes it expensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Business Turbo Tax 2022 Terrible Terrible time filing Virginia LLC due to bug in Form 502A. Will probably use Virginia online form next year and not purchase Turbo Tax Business. Unaccusable software bug and apparently Turbo Tax ignored numerous posted compliants.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great example of HC design Race mode? racing against mediocrity and im here for it (yes it still did take me an hour but per usual i had prepared about 2/3 of the way) Graphics? its like I was hanging out with my grandma they was so kind and comforting Progress bar? a tad dominos but I love it Placing and coloring the default answer to make it the easiest to click on? reducing choice anxiety one click at a time Explainwhy Section? So delicately placed and I got to choose whether I had that question or not If there is anytime i want to pay somebody to think for me it is when I am trying to do my taxes and they benefit more if I benefit more. Thank you TurboTax 4 stars only because the billing pages didn't show me my amount due when i was clicking confirm and even though I knew what the price was it gave me an uneasy feeling to click confirm payment or whatever on a page that didn't show me what i was paying (or i missed it which is totally plausible) Anyways, thank you for doing what you do!
