No matter how complicated the tax issues, Turbo Tax takes the helm in making sure there are no mistakes (red flags) inperforming a comprehensive review before filing. Turbo Tax is second to none as a Tax software and knowlegeable in-person support for assitance in all tax matters.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Many more glitches than in previous years So many links to click on just didn't work. Nothing seemed to work to transfer the version I did on line to the version uploaded from disk. They kept trying to bill me when I had a license code. I would get a message saying license code was accepted but then it still tried to charge me again. I finally just re-did everything. Communication back often poor and hard to understand. There was a bad year about 5 or 6 years ago, and this is the roughest since then.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Assist Turbo Tax always makes it easier when I file myself. I don't like the initial estimated timeframe for completion stating about 48 minutes when actually took nearly 3 hours. Otherwise, all is good.
