Rated 5 out of 5 by from Every year they make it easier and easier I have used TurboTax for many years; and each year they add to it and make it better and easier. This year they put a timer on the top and told me anticipated how much time based on last year‘s taxes it should take well it said 35 minutes I took an hour and five minutes, and during that extra time I got a phone call I ate my dinner, so I think it was pretty accurate. I did have a question and this year they also provided the ability to “talk to an expert“ and so I called and set up an appointment asked my question, but I spoke to a young lady. It was phenomenal. She was friendly, knowledgeable, clear speaking, and had never done it TurboTax on an iPad on and so she worked through it with me and figured it out and totally got the whole thing and walked with me through each step to make sure I had every question I had answered she was great, and this just really worked out for me. She gave me peace of mind and at the end of our conversation I filed I was ready to go. Great job TurboTax.
