Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helps me organize and record all documents Program helped me properly record all relevant information while excluding all unnecessary data. When I ran into an area I didn't understand I contacted the help desk and got quick and relevant responses.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Be Very Careful with Turbo Tax Turbo Tax carry over information from past tax returns. It kept doubling my state tax return amount that needed to be claimed from what I actually needed to claim, and I couldn't fix it until I looked it up online and needed to delete the form. Also happened with a K1 and could't find any help on Turbo tax. It said to delete the form which I did and a K1 still kept showing up and I couldn't file until I spend 1.5 hours trying to research online what to do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes it easy I like that TurboTax makes doing taxes easy, everything is ported in and it's all just double checking the documents. I like that it only takes me 30 minutes to an hour to get everything completed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ol' Reliable The only time I have EVER had issues with my taxes was the one year somebody convinced me to have a 'tax expert' do them for me. Turbotax has never done me wrong in over a decade. They make it simple, and dare I say enjoyable to do my taxes. I am so truly thankful to have this option available to me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from easy and efficient I've been using TurboTax forever now and I am bummed I missed the easy-bird pricing this year - had to wait until pay day which was past the deadline. It seems TurboTax is increasing its charges every year... maybe it's just me. But I do enjoy how intuitive and helpful using TurboTax is.
