Rated 5 out of 5 by from Complicated tax return, help at the ready! My wife thinks I'm some kind of tax wizard because we had an eventful year and I said I was going to continue filing on turbo tax. What she didn't know was there was a team at the ready to answer any questions I might have. Boy let me tell you did I have a lopt of questions, 2 chats and 5 phone calls later, I e-filed successfully! Thanks Turbotax team!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! First time using TurboTax Live Full Service and was helped by Ryan. Ryan was very professional was quick to respond and was super knowledgeable. Based on Ryan's service I will be recommending TurboTax Live Full Service to friends, family and coligues.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to do, prices misleading Turbotax Deluxe was very easy to use, but when I went to file my taxes, there were two separate fees- $39 for Federal and $39 for State. The way that it is advertised on the website makes it seem as though it is $39 in total. Had I known that going into it, I probably would have made a different decision in how I chose to file. I tried to figure out why it was two separate charges, and it seems as though a lot of people were confused and frustrated with the same issue. I was not planning on spending $82 to file my taxes when I am hardly getting back any money as it is. I may have to reconsider my filing choices next year.
