Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review The website was easy to use and helpful. it was a big bummer to find out that I had to pay $39 to file the federal, $39 to file state and then $39 to take the cost out of my refund. I don't remember having to pay for it in the past and it's a bummer that it's happening now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from There is NO comparison !! Turbotax is the best !! This year's return was rather complicated. I utilized "Joe" a Turbotax specialist and CPA to assist me through the process. Patience is a necessary component in the role of a "Turbotax Live Expert." He was thorough, relaxed, professional and very knowledgeable with notebooks, desktops, laptops and assisting "old folks" like myself !!
