Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but could use a live chat While I understand to chat with a tax professional was offered in a more expensive version of TurboTax, one improvement would be to offer a live chat for all versions, not for tax specific knowledge, but more for technical support. I ran into something in my return, a random $11 that was listed under the deduction overview section of my medical deductions, yet because I knew the standard deduction was better, I never entered this $11 anywhere. I clicked through every field in the medical deductions section and found no $11 value. So eventually, I just had to itemize and put real numbers in this section regardless of the fact that I was taking the standard deduction, purely to fix this $11 that came out of nowhere. Would have loved to speak with a technical support agent in a live chat so they could have helped me find where this inaccuracy was coming from and saved me from having to do so much extra work.
