I enjoy the service and feel like all the extra questions and pop-ups that I can click on help me understand the process each year I file. I also enjoy the MAX benefits and the extra security regarding my identity and privacy. I have had my debit card stolen in the past along with thousands of dollars in the past prior to using TurboTax. Luckily I was returned all that money via investigation provided by and through my bank, but the MAX benefits give me an extra piece of mind for a reasonable and affordable price in my opinion. Thanks for continuing to educate and treat me well.
