The layout from start to finish is easy to follow and return to in the process of piecing together the return. With built in tips and help features, the software was easy to use. Please continue to aim high and keep improving the software.

As the result, I tried several times requesting a phone call (3) times; once they called and immediately hung up and spoke to 2 different agents. The system kept timing out, did not save my work when I signed back in and had to start all over again. What the timer said it would take me 1hr. 51 min. however, it took almost 6 hrs. Very Frustrating
