The software was easy to use and provided ample opportunities to ask questions or seek advice from experts. A great value!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart, Friendly, Fast and Easy! As a first-time user who has not prepared my own taxes for a loooong time, I was shaky at first. My first support encounter was with Shawna (*****) Shawna helped me understand so much more than my CPA did in the past. She took time to really listen, offered clear guidance and tips, and made sure I was feeling confident before wrapping up the call. The interface is easy to use once I learned how to drive and find my way around- with the help of additional support team members (Angela, Shirbee- thank you too!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I could cry from how easy this makes taxes Taxes are scary, really anything so official and involoving money is scary to me, and every year TurboTax makes the process as simple and painless as possible. I truly can't recommend it enough to make something bothersome as simple and quick as possible.
