I love the speak to an expert feature where I can speak live to someone who can answer my questions in a timely and accurate manner. I have so much confidence and peace of mind that I am filing both federal and state returns correctly despite the ever changing tax codes/laws.

But I wanted to say that he was a pleasure to work with and not only helped me file but answered some of my questions as far as taxes go in general. Thanks again Robert!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over charge on fees After filing my taxes. It went straight to charging me $60 to file without giving me the option to change it. I agreed to it but after that it charged another $40 as a fee for choosing to deduct the the initial $ 60 from my return, and again no option to decline this additional fee.
