Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should Disclose All Fees Upfront TurboTax is advertised as free, and I ended up being given 3 additional, unexpected fees, which they did not explain. Had I known at the beginning that they would have charged me $200 after I completed the process, I would have used a different resource to do my taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees There was a hidden fee that showed up at the end. I went through my bank and even used their “discounted rate” but nothing said anything about an 80$ fee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is amazingly user friendly. Turbo tax is user friendly. It saves information from the prior year, making it even easier to fill out. I had a question and chose the phone call with an expert option and I received a phone call within one minute and the expert was live on video and walked me through my question and answered it for me, it was a great feeling to talk to a real person.
