Rated 3 out of 5 by from The program is great, but..... I was satisfied with the whole process, until I went to e-file my state return. It quoted me an additional $20, which was expected. However, after I put in my payment Info, the subtotal changed to $25. When I called support, they claimed the extra $5.00 was tax. I don't know how you can get away with charging 25% tax, to electronically send something I prepared myself, but this is the LAST time I will use turbo tax, or any of Intuit's programs for any of my financial needs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax Business needs some normal feature Update I would like the program to allow data entry to the penny. I would like the supporting data description fields to carry over from previous years. It would save a lot of reentry. Personnel TurboTax does this. Program is expensive to not have these features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is expensive but a huge time saver! This year's version was more difficult to navigate than in the past but still made doing my taxes much easier than on paper. Find it annoying that discounts expire each year right before I have all the necessary documents to do my taxes. However, the ease of the program makes it a worthwhile investment to save time and hassle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax for Estate Return 1041 was not easy. Eventually I was able to complete the forms, but it was not intuitive. This should have been a simple return, but it wasn't. I looked up all my questions online, since the help function was no help. I wished I had just taken the info in to a pro.
