Rated 3 out of 5 by from There are some glitches Somehow it does not enter TIN for some Fidelity Index Fund Dividends, though it enters for other Fidelity funds. Several other errors that it flags are errors within TurboTax. Also, it should be able to look uo and fill in Foreign Source Percentage of widely used funds such as Fidelity Europe, Fidelity Nordic, etc.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden Costs I thought it would be easy to file nd get my refund through direct deposit but TurboTax decided to charge an expensive fee to do this. I was mad that the fee popped up after i had already selected payment options and was locked out of the screen to undo the option. If i had known the fee was there, i would have elected to pay with my card or some other way instead of by taking it out of my refund.

Turbo Tax was very easy to navigate and input my information. if i was unsure about something it was easy to go back and double check everything. I will definitely be using turbo tax to do my taxes going forward.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Watch out for the "Live" version! Very deceiving! I only wanted Turbo Tax Premier, not the "Live Premier" and was charged an additional $80 for a service I didn't even use! I attempted to call in and ask that the price get reduced to the "non-live" version and he said he couldn't do it. So after 27 min on the phone with him, I just went ahead and paid the increased cost for something I didn't use because I had finished my taxes and there was no way I was going to do my taxes again through the non-live version. I requested a refund as the CSR instructed me but they were unable to locate my order number! I am beyond frustrated with Turbo Tax, my first attempt at resolving ended when my 15min call was disconnected and the rep didn't call me back, my second call was a back and forth with a CSR rep that told me there was nothing he could do after 30min on the phone! And finally the system can't find my order number so that I can request a refund. Beyond frustrated!
