I needed that extra boost of confidence with my CA state return. All my questions were answered. I felt confident enough to submit my returns as a result.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Your fees are ridiculous.!! 1st of all I have never ever posted terrible reviews. 2nd of all I never though I would be posting about the site that has all my tax information. I have been filing with Turbo Tax for 7 years and every single year I get trapped into fees that I didn't want and or need. I only file a 1040-EZ and I have NEVER EVER asked for any of your so-called expert advice. I paid $148 in fees for absolutely nothing. The fact that your site claims that with a 1040 EZ filing could be free is an outright lie. While I understand that nothing in life is free, the fact that you would charge a person $148 when my taxes were less than $1000 is simply wrong. Between taking nearly 4 months off last year to take care of my brother and dealing with my MS I sadly didn't take home nearly what I would normally take home each year. I am not trying to play a sympathy card but what I am trying to convey is that charging $148 is inappropriate. I file through this site every single year because all of my information is already in your system. And trust me, when you are dealing with multiple health issues like me filing with a site that already has all of my information makes my life a tad easier. This was such a frustrating experience.
