Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wonky, Pricey, & Creepy WONKY After manually inputting everything and checking over my work, at the end, it prompts me for a review, which then asked me to manually enter everything all over again (?!). Of course, that is Intuit's technical error, and there is no way to report the problem other than here, at the end. I clicked to an earlier part of the process and worked my way around the glitch. Reentering was not really an option, since there is no guarantee that Intuit's system would not ask me, yet again, to reenter is again. PRICEY Intuit's "narrative" is deliberately linear in places to pressure users to purchase the more comprehensive packages (which really offer nothing worth spending $$). It's outright gouging to stick a customer with a $40 fee when that customer chooses to pay at the point of efiling. Overall, Intuit just charged too much -- I feel like a fool using it. I've done my taxes for 25+ years, and thought I'd take the "easy way out" like I did last year. But the cost really hit me this time. CREEPY Don't ask for my driver's license. Geez. And don't ask for my back account number. Considering the number of big names hacked, just don't.
