Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality problems this year I have used TurboTax for more than 10 years and this is the first year that the software has been very glitchy. I had to enter my son's college expense information 3 times. The program deleted it for no reason. I had to search to find out why my tax bill had increased by $2000. I have never had these issues in the past and I'm disappointed in this quality issue. I don't feel the same level of trust in the product as I have always in the past.
