Rated 3 out of 5 by from is not very stable Some of the pages shows different numbers going there at different times. My original account linked to credit karma did not let me enter business expenses, so I had to redo my tax in a brand new account.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use TurboTax is easy to use with lots of help available to answer questions or clarify difficult concepts. One item I found confusing is the tool assumes the user is getting a refund. For example, the top of the page indicates Federal and State refund dollar amounts with a dash in front of the dollar amount. I thought this dash was simply a separator and not a minus sign. If I own money, then change the word "refund" to "owe" or something similar. Make this change of refund versus owe throughout the tool. I remember previous years that it was clearly indicated whether money was due with the amount indicated with red characters and a refund was indicated with green characters. Please bring that feature back. I did not get a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Quick & Easy! I love being able to file my taxes all on my own! Turbo Tax makes it quick and easy to do. It was free this year because I have a simple return. Although, if I had wanted help from an expert, it would have been at an affordable cost; and that really put my mind at ease.
