Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and simple!! I am not fan of going to a "tax return" office. They are stuffy, no one seems to care about their screaming kids... I enjoy being able to do my taxes in the privacy of my home.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Clunky and Rudimentary I first went to e-file and was rejected because of an error with turbo tax software, so I had to wait for them to come out with an update. Then, I had two attachments that were the same, and after spending 45 minutes on the phone trying to get one removed, I decided just to file by mail as they were not able to get it removed. Did I get my taxes filed? Yes. Was it a pain in the rear? 100%

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Generally easy, but difficult to change later The software is easy to use except if you want to go back and change or update an answer previously provided. The navigation is clunky to find things and I was unable to change the election to get the refund to direct deposit (vs mail) in spite of looking for over an hour on how to do that.
