Rated 4 out of 5 by from very thorough but very shady at the end of filing All in all its a very thorough and accurate service, plenty of help along the way with online help when you need it. I don't even have a problem being offered the Max defense service, which I do take every year for the audit protection. My knocking off one star is for finishing my taxes and then informing me that in order to file you need to "upgrade" to premier. All because I had $9 in capital gains, I need to by a $139 upgrade. When Turbo Tax determined that I did have capital gains, I should have been informed right then and there that I would need to upgrade, not at the end of filing and dropping it on me basically leaving me no choice. Very shady Intuit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great I used Turbo Tax for many years and then when I formed my own LLC I thought it would be too complicated for Turbo Tax. I had always received refunds and when I went to an accountant the last 2 years, I owed money. I decided to use Turbo Tax again this year and it was so much better. Accountants forget to ask important questions and they don't go through all of the possible deductions the way Turbo Tax does. I'll never leave Turbo Tax again!
