Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cleared up my issues in one quick call. I was having issues efiling, and then the file button disappeared completely. I click the live chat button and got a callback in 4 minutes and the expert walked me through how to go back and make the file button reappear and then stay on the line with me and walked me through how to fix the error I had that was keeping me from efiling. Within 10 minutes everything was cleared up and my returns were filed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business - Trust or Estate return TurboTax Business - Trust or Estate return. Sorry to have to say this but it SUCKS. I've used TurboTax for years with no problems. Death in family and I was tagged with doing trust estate taxes. Very user unfriendly and does not walk you through the steps or provide ready answers to questions or problems. Needs work!! Took several days to complete a simple trust estate form. The Missouri MO-RNF walk through was useless.
