Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty simple till its not!!! The online version is easy to navigate, but the e-file wouldn't work and it took me two hours to figure out how to fix it. VERY frustrating. On the page that glitched there was no way to edit, revisit, correct or get help. Definitely not going to use again next year. I'd rather pay my accountant.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is convenient but pricing keeps going up TurboTax is easy!!! And convenient!!!! But every year I pay more and more to use them. Additionally it forced a $44 premium benefit on my total costs that I was unable to select, resulting in paying over $200 to file state and federal. Had I had more time in my schedule, I would have gone into another taxing business office.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I've used TurboTax for several years now but the system wasn't as user-friendly this time. I wasn't always sure of what I could deduct and what I couldn't. I also would have liked to have known that the cost to file was going to take up 1/3 of my return. Way too much. I hope that there will be changes for next year and that the company would disclose its true cost upfront.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is alright!!! This is better than going into a crowded tax office. But you still wind up paying just as much as H&R Block or Liberty. The free part is null and void, you could lower the prices some if possible
