Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX REVIEW I'VE BEEN USING TT FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND I AM DISAPPOINTED THEY WOULD START CHARGING TO FILE THE STATE RETURN SINCE THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR THE PROGRAM ITSELF. I WORK FOR A PROFESSIONAL TAX OFFICE AND WE DO NOT CHARGE TO FILE EITHER THE FEDERAL OR STATE RETURNS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good But Don't Sign Up For The Extras Mostly smooth process this year. I chose option for audit representation and identity protection, it's a separate company with horrible reviews and the consent form states "federal law may not protect your rights if your information is misused". The company gets ALL of your information and with the bad reviews I wasn't comfortable with them having my info.
