Rated 1 out of 5 by from IRS rejected my return, TurboTax "fix" didn't work I completed my return with TurboTax, but then was informed that the return was rejected by the IRS. I followed all of the steps to fix this twice, but it was still rejected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Customer Support is A1 The ability to speak to a tax professional is worth every penny. Any issue that I have had over the last 3 years has been solved in over the phone with a tax professional. I am very grateful for this service and the dedicated team.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unable to enter estimated state income taxes tjhi Everything was going pretty well until I did my state tax return, then two things happened: I was unable to enter my estimated state income tax payments like I did last year and worse,I got hit with a humongous tax bill that defies all logical calculations

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax was very troublesome this year but....... Turbotax for this first time in 4 years was troublesome this year. It wouldn't let me e-file. Kept saying it was missing a document. I contact support and they said the only way I could file was by mail. Well if you're paying for the service I don't wanna mail it when I paid to do it all and e-file it as well. That being said it had nothing to do with a missing document which it took me 2 weeks to figure this out myself. Long story short I deleted my state return and then it asked me to pay for state. I think what happened was before when I e-filed it never asked me to pay for state. So really it was turbotax algorithm that messed it all up. To top that off it kept trying to add an extra W-2 after I deleted and filled out a new state. I think they were trying to get me to pay for upgraded services in the end but I wasn't about to pay more than I had too. Especially since I knew more about their software than customer service did. So save yourself some time and if you're getting this error. Delete your state return and then logout and log back in and it should work. But be aware more mistakes may popup even tho they're correct. Just double check all of the numbers and make sure they aren't trying to get you to pay for the live service for more than a $100. Overall I give it 3 stars because I was able to finally submit my returns but it took me 2 extra weeks and I probably could of almost had my refund by now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax was decent to use Using the TurboTax online tax preparation tools was quick and easy but, I was charged $150! If someone was physically preparing my taxes I would gladly pay that amount or more but to pay that amount and I sat and entered everything myself, went through all the documents myself, is ridiculous. Not sure if I will use them again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is amazing!!!!!! Usually I go and have my taxes done but this year I used turbo tax and I wish I used it sooner! Its so easy to use, it literally guides you through each step. I did not need live support but its great they offer that too! Its sad how much people charge to do your taxes when you can do it for less than $100!!!
