Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quite reassuring This year was the first time something has gone wrong with the initial filing of my return and, without all the extra add ons, the staff was quick to help and answered my multipart questions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saves my sanity! With patience and good records I was able to enter a lot of the IRS required info but I was stuck in several places and didn't know how to proceed. Enter Tom the expert who patiently resolved the issues, answered my questions and found more deductions! Its a good day. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and saved more money It was very easy to follow and gather info. If you don't understand something there is an info tab to explain what everything means. I actually saved more money then going to my original tax preparer.
