Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is NOT free if you have more than one W2 TurboTax is not free. Since I've started my taxes with them, I've never been offered their "free" services. The different steps that I have to go through for each one is overly convoluted and tedious. The tax expert that I spoke to said that because my taxes are "complicated" that I would have to pay a fee. They were able to give me a 30% discount but the charged me to file my State taxes (which I had to owe!) if I wanted to file my Fed and State together which they never did before. So instead of being charged $29, I was charged over $78! The 30% only brought it down to $59. Way too much!
