Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good all the way up till the fees I really love turbo tax and use it every year but this year more than ever, every penny counts and I think it's not a great idea to charge fees on top of products. I understand paying to get your taxes done, even if we're doing it yourself, is a costly thing. Charging for the product and then charging an additional fee of $39 for using your tax return to pay is obnoxious and a little slimy in my opinion. I could be wrong but I feel as a tax company you could find better ways to offset the rising cost of business.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The represenative could not figure out my return I had the most horrible time with this software, so I tried getting help by having someone else do it, I set up the appointment with excitement and paid the 138 dollars. I was only disappointed they could not figure out my return, kept having technical issues, and did not know what they were doing, leaving me to type in my problem. I never received a response. So i gave it the old try once again and figured it out myself. So i paid for a service i never got and did the work on my own. wont do this ever again.

If I have a question, I search and it provides information. Turbotax gives me peace of mind. Love how past return information is pulled in for me.
