Rated 4 out of 5 by from Most confusing program of last 20 years I had to refer to online and outside information. The flow of the program was a bit confusing, especially the Annuity questions and qualified business questions regarding property mgmt. Also the max refund at the end should probably read "cumulative refund" as I chose to debit an amount owed for federal... not pay if from my state return. All good though...the import helps greatly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gets slower and harder to use every year! Would have probably been significantly quicker to do manually on paper IRS forms. TurboTax gets more cumbersome and bloated every year, resulting in slower and slower taxes. Probably more room for error as well. As an added bonus, most of the "Tips" were absolutely worthless this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm Confident I feel that TurboTax did a really good job at ensuring that I maximized my return, and it was pretty easy. I also had great customer service the three times that I had phone calls with TurboTax tax experts.
