Rated 1 out of 5 by from horrible I knew when I started this I wanted the standard deduction - there is no checkbox at the start I wasted hours uploading, checking things, no way say something was blank (I had to figure things out on my own), looking up answers to get conned into payment for a 'free' filing. I did all the work and I am charged almost $100 for a simple return. I only filed my fed here because I was not starting over, I just wanted it done. I won't use this service again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting Old Yall are almost as bad as a subscription service with all the hidden fees and upgrades needed. its getting kinda old hearing free tax returns but then I drop 250 on me doing my own taxes............... I will be just hiring a tax person next year as its a little more expensive but i don't have to do anything including the reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive If you have anything other than the most basic filing (marketplace insurance, more than one state, retirement fund of any kind, ect.) they charge you quite heavily.
