Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trust Returns I prepare two trust returns annually using TurboTax Business and it is a great time saver. It could be even better if TurboTax would work with major brokerage firms to allow their electronic tax information statements to be downloaded into TurboTax! Also, adding more hash totals to the input screens would help users verify input accuracy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As good as my accountant at 10% of the cost Every year, I spent countless hours putting together the tax information for my accountant, who, it appears to me, simply plugged all this information into a program not unlike TurboTax, and then billed me a fairly hefty sum. After 20 years, I decided to just try Turbo Tax, thinking I'd probably still go back to my accountant. But, after going through it, my tax returns appear to be flawless, and not missing any deductions, income, etc. that I'd had on prior returns. And, the cost was literally 10% of my last year's accountant bills. Why wouldn't anyone want to use this?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Data Import Issue Ive been using TurboTax for years. This may be an ongoing issue, that may not be able to be corrected. Wife and I both have an individual account and a joint account at the same brokerage. When I import our investment 1099 information it pulls the joint account twice causing duplicate entries. I had to go back and manually delete 1 instance of the 1099 joint account info to make everything correct. It would be great if Turbo Tax would find and auto correct duplicate entries.
