Just waiting to get my refund now, I've used turbo tax since the beginning and I'll still be using it to file my taxes 3 years from now. Very easy to understand and very helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tier 1 its always a good experience using turbo tax, however, it could be better if there was a better way to downgrade ,your product without having to clear and start over. I called looking for another option, instead there was no solution, after i had spent a few days putting my tax return together.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I've had some problems this year I have been using Turbo Tax for a couple of years now. It is so convenient to have my information stored for each tax season. I usually have excellent experience with filing. This year it seemed my application was buggy. When I called they said the issue will be resolved the next Friday. Once I waited the entire week I was able to retrieve my saved info and file quickly as usual.
