Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax just takes my money I've only ever used TurboTax to file my taxes, and I hate it more and more each year. I mostly just hate the system of tax returns, making everyone pay for a service that should just be automated in todays age. But TurboTax also deserves some poor reviews. Every year they lead me on thinking I can use the free version. Then right before I file they drop the 40 dollar fee required. I fall for it everytime, and it works so well cause by the time I'm all done with the taxes that 40 dollars seems worth it to not go through it again.

Cons: 1.Do not have the option to upload W-2 etc to allow the software automatically fill in, had to enter manually... 2. The "on demad tax duidance" window, text font is too small!!!!! Please please make it easier to read... 3. No live help available... It would be much easier if I can just type in the question I have and get the answer. The phone call with the help service was not very clear.
