Rated 5 out of 5 by from This could not be easier! I am always so grateful to have TurboTax come tax time. It is so easy to navigate, consumes little to no time, and I always feel good when I'm done? Something about the animations, colors, font choice, etc makes this a truly enjoyable process (as much as taxes can be enjoyable). The only thing that would make it better would a free glass of wine :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do you like multiple windows, hours to complete? Then TurboTax is for you! Here on TurboTax, when you need to click on something, it opens up multiple tabs to slow down your computer! Oh! Another great feature that they have that OTHER sites don't? After taking hours to complete your return, you can't file unless you verify your e-mail, something they should do AT THE BEGINNING!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Retired parents not happy with deceptive pricing Efiled for my retired parents; the product advertised TurboTax Illinois Site E-File for $20 but the actual cost to efile was $25 the state return. My father was not happy to pay more than the amount advertised, so I charged the fee to my credit card. They will be certain to remind me of getting overcharged for at least the next year.

When we have questions along the way, most of the "learn more" links help, but a few leave us with more questions? Didn't detract a point since it's overall a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This could not be easier! I am always so grateful to have TurboTax come tax time. It is so easy to navigate, consumes little to no time, and I always feel good when I'm done? Something about the animations, colors, font choice, etc makes this a truly enjoyable process (as much as taxes can be enjoyable). The only thing that would make it better would a free glass of wine :)
