Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst year to use turbo tax Services cost a quarter of my tax return and it was literally the same service. I will not be using turbo tax from this point forward. HI state tax is 600, get 60 back, and they charge 50 for a state filing. Final bill of 250 bucks for a tax form I could have just filled out by myself if I knew they would charge 250. Cant believe I trusted this company. I would have more satisfaction spending that money on a charity than a company that still charges you the max price without using their "premium" services.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not so great When I started using turbo tax it was free I file all 1040EZ form. Now Turbo tax is over $100 and continually ask me to upgrade throughout while I prepare my taxes. I'll never use the Tax help. I file the simplest of taxes. I would recommend a different tax software, or file the old fashion paper snail mail way in the future. See ya Turbo tax instead of paying $100 I'm going to mail my next years taxes or find a different tax software all together.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the ease, BUT hidden fees :-( After I signed up for basic DIY with no addons, my fee should have been < $100 + $40 for direct deposit. My fee was $240 and representative i talked to said the only thing I could do was clear and start over .... NOT HAPPY with this. I have heard others say they had a problem with this and i havent in years. I wont file through turbo tax any more.
