But while doing my 2020 taxes, i experienced repeated login problems, the source of which i still do not understand... Other than that, i expect i will use Turbo Tax again in the future.

The constant ads/suggestions for upgrading the package makes it a bit confusing at times and easy to accidentally click to an upgrade. Had some issues with this, but got a discount code to take a small portion off. I chose to do this rather than completely start my file over.
