Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and trustworthy I have been using TurboTax for many (20+) years, and I believe that TT produces a return that is accurate and consistent, avoiding any IRS notice of "mis-matched" values. The government continues to make Income Tax computation more complex each year, and occasionally the TurboTax program has produced a form that is unnecessary -- but the final check has always found this and directed me to correct the issue. TurboTax support has always (for me) been helpful and friendly, and if I cannot see how to correct a problem or make the correct entry, they have always been able to get me to the right answer in just a few minutes time. Very good product for a very complicated world.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to follow, but difficult to talk to a person Had a rejection code for federal tax return that was not resolved through TurboTax. All my info was correct and after 4 attempts to e-File it continued to be rejected. Could not address appropriately with Chat Bot and FINALLY was able to speak to someone (who was nice), but ultimately could not resolve issue. Had to call IRS. Guess we'll see if I can get a refund for my State return since it could not be submitted.
