Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best! If you can answer simple "yes" or "no" questions, you can prepare your own taxes! TurboTax makes the process simple and painless, and provides additional information upon request if there's ever anything you don't understand. This is my eighth year using this program, and I would never file my taxes any other way.

This year was very hard for me because I had several different entries than I normally do because of (yes you guessed it) COVID. I called at least 4 times to speak with someone. Each person I spoke with was wonderful. They took time with me and answered each question I had. I will always file my taxes with them. This year especially showed me how great they really are. I also purchased all the protection they offered. I normally don’t but since this year was so difficult, I thought I better. The point is, I’m glad they offer it because trust me I’m not a tax specialist by any means. LOL. THANKS TURBO TAX FOR BEING HERE FOR ME AS ALWAYS!
